Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days using Canada Post letter-mail. Please allow 2–6 weeks for delivery, depending on location.
Tracking
Tracking isn’t available on stickers and pins. Adding it would push shipping to $15–25 per order, so it’s left off to keep costs down.
If you don’t receive your order, please email me with the details and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Mugs and gaiters
Enamel mugs and gaiters from the mercantile are fulfilled by Printful and ship separately from sticker and pin orders, which I ship personally. If you order a mug and stickers or a pin, you’ll receive two separate packages.
Slower destinations
Orders to the USA are taking slightly longer than expected (3+ weeks). Orders to Mexico and the UAE are taking longer still (5+ weeks). Please allow additional time for these orders.

Pins ship differently from stickers, so here is what to know before you order.
All pin orders
They ship as parcels
Pins have to go as parcels, not letter-mail, so they pick up fuel surcharges, higher postage and, in some cases, customs fees. None of that is in my control, which makes shipping a single pin much more expensive than I’d like. I keep looking for ways to make it more affordable.

Shipping to the U.S.
The United States has ended its de minimis exemption on foreign goods, so I’m required to collect duty and processing fees on orders shipped there. For pins that works out to $5 per pin, on top of the regular shipping charges. I have no control over these costs.
As of July 1, 2026
Shipping to the EU
Canada Post has temporarily stopped accepting parcels to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal and Spain, because of new EU customs rules for low-value shipments. I’ll lift this note as soon as they resume.
